Terms of Service

Welcome to DistroBoxBot. By accessing or using our website, Telegram bot, or any related service (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account, purchase credits, place an order, or list products as a seller. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Purchases & Orders

Orders placed through DistroBoxBot are agreements between you and the independent seller fulfilling your order. We facilitate the transaction, payments, and tracking, but the seller is responsible for product quality, accuracy of listings, packaging, and shipping.

4. Credits

Credits purchased on DistroBoxBot can be used to pay for orders within the Service. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits have no cash value, do not expire, and cannot be transferred or withdrawn. We may adjust balances to correct fraud, error, or abuse.

5. Seller Terms

Approved sellers may list physical products, set prices, configure discounts, and accept orders. Sellers agree to (a) only list products they are legally permitted to sell, (b) fulfill orders promptly and honestly, (c) maintain accurate inventory and pricing, and (d) comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, tax, and shipping regulations. We may remove listings or suspend seller accounts at our discretion.

6. Prohibited Items & Conduct

You may not list, purchase, or solicit illegal items, controlled substances, weapons, counterfeit goods, or anything restricted in the buyer's or seller's jurisdiction. You may not use the Service to harass, defraud, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with its operation.

7. Payouts

Seller payouts are issued according to the schedule and methods described in the seller dashboard. We may withhold payouts to investigate disputes, chargebacks, or suspected policy violations.

8. Refunds & Disputes

Refunds for individual orders are at the seller's discretion and subject to their stated policy. Credit purchases are final (see Section 4). If a dispute cannot be resolved with the seller, contact us and we will review the case in good faith.

9. Intellectual Property

DistroBoxBot, its logo, and the Service are owned by us. Sellers retain ownership of their listings and grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the Service.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that listings, prices, or inventory information will be accurate at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DistroBoxBot and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising out of your use of the Service.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
